Since starting my career at P&G, I have been given more and more responsibility, after two years as a team leader and after four years as a department manager. The fact that “as a woman” I am the boss of 50 men is not discussed here. I particularly like how much trust is placed in me. Through good coaching, I learn every day and have the opportunity to help shape the future. I am particularly pleased about the cooperation between P&G and Femtec. I hope to meet more alumnae in the company soon. The fact that my company supports Femtec makes me proud, because what Femtec does is not important for women, but also for society.

With around 151 million mobile customers, 30 million fixed-network lines and more than 17 million broadband lines, Deutsche Telekom AG is one of the world’s leading integrated telecommunications companies. Deutsche Telekom is also one of the largest IT service providers on the German market and offers information technology solutions to large and medium-sized companies around the globe in addition to DAX-listed groups. The company employs around 228,000 people in 50 countries and generates revenue of around EUR 62.7 billion.

Diversity is a central concern of our company. In 2010, for example, we were the first DAX 30 company to introduce a quota for the proportion of women in management. We are constantly on the lookout for new talented women with outstanding specialist and management potential and value Femtec’s opportunity to establish contacts with talented people at an early stage.

You will work on innovations that are fun and make the everyday lives of many people more flexible, combining modern technology with new ways of working and shape the trends of tomorrow. With exciting perspectives, we offer room for personal development and a broad spectrum of individual support, for life.
