What are your professional milestones?

Learned from many mistakes during the co-founding of Mobisol, developed research competence during my dissertation on service design in the Global South, and I am preferably in the office since I have been organizing my own day as a freelance consultant.

What is your most defining career experience?

The summer of 2011, when seven of us created a functioning prototype from a mock-up of our idea in a suitcase within 5 months and convinced our first customer in Lolovono.
