Strengthening diversity together: Femtec is a member of the Friends of Chefsache network-old
Berlin, 17 July 2019 – Femtec GmbH is pleased to announce it has been accepted into the network of the Initiative Chefsache; an association of executives from business, science, the public sector and the media, who feel personally committed to equal opportunities for women and men.
The aim of Chefsache is to support necessary social change as an exemplary initiative with new concepts and approaches.
Friends of Chefsache consists of small and medium-sized companies and organisations that feel committed to the initiative Chefsache, set an example to society and want to set an example to the public. “Germany cannot afford to exclude well-trained talents from success. Only if every person – whether man or woman – has the chance to assume responsibility according to their strengths, will we as a society use our resources and our potential for new ideas,” says Dr. Simon Prisner, Head of Initiative Chefsache.
“We are Friends of Chef because we are convinced that together we can achieve more. For almost twenty years, the Femtec Network has been successfully committed to networking female STEM talents in business and science and to strengthening its own career development,” says Marion Zeßner, Managing Director of Femtec GmbH. “Our goal is to promote diverse teams, successful role models and innovative ideas, so that equal opportunities become a matter of course in the long term.”
