Excelle. For female trainees Tomorrow’s working world begins with you.-old
Since 2017, ABB has been cooperating with Femtec GmbH in the conception and implementation of the ABB talent program Excelle. The program aims to strengthen young female graduate trainees in their individual careers and prepare them for responsible positions.

Seit 2017 kooperiert ABB mit der Femtec GmbH in der Konzeption und Durchführung des ABB-Talentprogramm „Excelle“. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, junge weibliche Graduate Trainees in ihrer individuellen Karriere zu stärken und auf die Übernahme verantwortungsvoller Positionen vorzubereiten.
„Das Programm „Excelle“ verläuft in der Planung und Durchführung sehr erfolgreich. Ich bin mit den erbrachten Leistungen von Femtec sehr zufrieden. Es sind bereits mehrere Durchführungen geplant und das Programm wurde erweitert. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Femtec ist durch eine hohe Professionalität und Fachkompetenz in der Talente-Förderung im MINT-Bereich geprägt.
