What are your professional milestones?
Three years in HR consulting where I was able to talk to hundreds of people about their (true) reasons for quitting, 23 years as a professional and executive trainer, during which I learned so much about the world from my participants.

What is your most defining career experience?
Two years with a bad supervisor. That showed me what NOT to do as a manager.

What do you recommend to applicants for the Femtec Career-Building Programme?
Be clear about what is important to YOU. Have the courage to claim it. The worst thing that can happen is that you hear a “no.” If you don’t ask, you have denied yourself the fulfillment of your needs.
