Already in the early stages of the calendar, there were reasons to celebrate. We proudly shared that a remarkable 1500 scholarship recipients have journeyed through our Career-Building Programme! But we didn’t just shine in numbers; we also showcased our new identity after a comprehensive rebranding!

Also, a new and exceptional highlight: Career-Building Elements! For the first time, female STEM students of 6 universities of applied sciences could apply our new programme! In cooperation with 8 partner companies that complement the dream team, we can hardly wait to get started with 23 fantastic female STEM students next year.

New to the ranks of our Career-Building Programme are E.ON and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn!

Few memories are as memorable as our summer party – with the most packed dancefloor the architecture building has ever seen! Besides partying, there was also impressive forward-thinking. Four innovation labs with excellent results have once again shown how smart, ambitious, and professional the Femteccies are. An unforgettable evening with ABB above the rooftops of Berlin also brought us inspiring innovations and fresh perspectives on sustainability.

Well, it was not always about female students but also the younger ones. Together with Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, we once again organised great Talent-Take-Off Programmes for school students nationwide!

It has been a dynamic year — a time of transformations and breakthroughs. And yes, it required some heavy lifting, but every ounce of effort was worth it! Now, as we eagerly anticipate a well-deserved breather to recharge our spirits, we already look forward to continuing our mission next year: Driving Diversity in STEM!
