Since 2017, ABB has been cooperating with Femtec GmbH in the conception and implementation of the ABB talent program Excelle. The program aims to strengthen young female graduate trainees in their individual careers and prepare them for responsible positions.

„The Excelle program has been very successful in its planning and implementation. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Femtec. Several projects have already been planned and the program has been expanded. The cooperation with Femtec is characterized by a high degree of professionalism and professional competence in the promotion of talent in the STEM field. In addition, Femtec is characterized by a high level of customer and demand orientation, which enables flexible formats. Based on these always positive experiences, I personally recommend Femtec for a cooperation in the field of executive development.“
